Step 1: apply on line
Include up to 6 images of works, each 72 dpi, each no more than 800 KB, each identified with artist’s name, title, date, media & dimensions.
Also include artist’s statement 500 words maximum, CV, website info. if you have a website.
Deadline: May 1, 2009
Note: photographers who apply immediately will be considered for a wall during Contact.

Step 2: Prize 1 - Become part of a Group Show with Peak Gallery Artists on your own designated wall.
Winners will be invited to Peak to discuss and finalize their projects. Zack Pospieszynski, dealer/owner of Peak Gallery will curate the work(s) to be exhibited, the assigning of wall(s) and the overall look and theming of each exhibition. He reserves the right of refusal of any work at this stage. Winning artists’ responsibilities and the level of professionalism required will be defined at this meeting.
Logistics, Costs and Renumerations
1. Wall Fee - $425 + GST. for a 2 week exhibition (during gallery hours)
2. Winners will not be charged commission on sales of their works during these exhibitions.
3. Promotional Coverage - on line, on Peak Gallery’s website and in the gallery.
Prize 2 - A solo Exhibition at Peak Gallery
After 40 WALLS exhibitions one winner will be selected. The prize, a 2 week solo exhibition at Peak Gallery - 30% commission on sales, promotional coverage as defined above. |
